HypnoBirthing®
The Mongan Method
"Taking the birthing world by calm. "
The HypnoBirthing course is broken into 5 sessions; 2 & 1/2 hours per session, 1 session per week. All sessions are held in my home in Parker, Colorado. The earlier in your pregnancy that you take the course, the better, as you will have more time to practice the relaxation techniques. However, if you are close to your due date and are interested in the course, please contact me, as arrangements can be made to accelerate the course (i.e. attend two classes per week or 2 half-day sessions.)
The group class rate is $295 per couple, and the group class size is limited to three couples. Please see the calendar below for upcoming group class dates.
Private classes are available for $395, and the class dates are flexible. Please contact me for further information about private classes.
I offer payment plans that work with your budget, simply contact me and we'll work out a plan that best suits your needs. (For example, some couples pay the fee in one lump sum, others choose to spread out the fee among 2, 3, 4 or 5 class sessions.)
Class tuition includes: five class sessions, the HypnoBirthing® book w/relaxation CD, The Rainbow Relaxation CD, in-class handouts and my unlimited assistance with questions before, during and after your labor and birth.
Light refreshments and beverages are always provided, but you are more than welcome to bring snacks that suit your taste and/or special dietary needs.
